Head unit removal

Trying too take my audi symphony head unit out and it just doesn't want too come out? Have got 2 sets of keys but not working whatsoever any tips?

You pushed the keys all the way in until they 'click'

It would then pull out no problem, unless you have a caught wire on the back.

I had the same problem with my head unit . Keys where pushed all the way in and it just wouldn't come out for love or money . It appears it had a repair by Cambridge audio and the top of the head unit hadn't been fitted properly and left a little metal lip sticking up behind the face of the headunit . Once it was pushed in you couldn't tell until I tried to remove it . I ended up removing the glove box and the vents above and still it wouldn't come out . Ended up smashing the dam thing up . Good job I was replacing it .
