I had a bit a row with Audi when i bought my 'Audi Approved Used' PFL car back in June as it had a cracked headlight - which they finally replaced as a gesture of goodwill.
At the weekend I noticed the replaced unit had some condensation in which I've never noticed before even after heavy rain and regular washing.
3 days later its still there after driving it and with lights on. Should I go back to dealer or is it just one of those things that will clear up?

Normal. But really should only happen when the hunidity is pretty high.
There is though a bleed valve where any condensation runs out.

I have this occasionally if the car is left out overnight . I believe this is fairly common .

My passenger side fogged up bad and the whole unit was replaced under warranty.

Cheers all but how long do yours take to clear?

Mine is mild condensation equally in both units , early mornings, colder months , 20 minutes driving they have cleared , air flow or heat bit of both not sure . To be honest car is rarely left outside overnight certainly haven’t noticed it during the day.
