HeadLight Switch??!!

Hi all ive been removing my lower dash and trims etc as my trims are getting vinyl wrapped and my glovebox and lower panel around steering column have been vinyl sprayed black, and as i am a little rough i went in all guns blazing with the headlight switch (i know i should of researched) and ive broken it completely, can only get my fogs to work, so my question is as the audi a4 switches on ebay are so goddamn expensive im wondering are there any of the other VAG cars that use the same switch or a compatible part???

There was a thread recently where someone fitted a switch from a Golf. It wasn't a direct fit but ended up ok. Have a look for it.
