SQ5 Heated Seat retrofit

Hi All,

Highly unlikely but are the standard front seats prepared with heating elements?

I was hoping for a retrofit but don’t fancy after markets kits. If it was a case of plugging in wiring and coding etc i would be tempted

Unless you see the connector's under the seat, its the full install needed.

In Audi cars if the option isn't factory ordered the heating pads won't be there. Audi have a sophisticated manufacturing supply chain that synchronises the individual customer order with the OEM suppliers so the components are made to specification...i.e. seats without heating are made thus. The assemblies are delivered line-side very close to the moment in time that seats will be installed in the car in a process know as line-sequencing.
