hi, i am just wondering if my heated jets are working as i had no screenwash water coming through when it was frosty the other day, but thought the heated jets would solve this? Is there a way of checking they are working on the car please ?

Unfortunately the heated jets are just that, the jet part only......
If the temperature is low enough, then your water bottle and the connecting pipes will freeze, and the heated jets do nothing for those, however driving the car and heating the engine may be enough to melt any frozen lines and restore your washers.
