Heater not working

Hi, so just recently i’ve noticed my fans aren’t working when they’re on i can feel a slight bit of blowing from the 2 side vents but nothing from the middle 2, when i turn the fans up full i can’t hear them, was wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if anyone has any idea what it could be? audi s3 2011

Fan motor possibly. A scan may throw up some codes.

If you get air on the sides, fan unit probably ok, its probably the intake motors behind the glovebox or a motor on the center vents that's causing the issue.

If its a motor issue, there will be diagnostic logs more than likely as mentioned already.

You could try a basic setting 001 on the heater system in hvac 08, it resets all motors.

just to add on what i previously mentioned i noticed earlier when i was trying with the fans on full i could smell burning a little, doesn’t help i know nothing about cars
