Help A7 Headlights

Hi i recently bought A7 and i got it with this headlights

The blinker or how its called is always on even if i put it on AUTO or anything they will be on?
I dont know how to disable them with OBD cause i have seen A7’s without it. Please help

Just try to find a local guy who is doing a coding and he will do it for you ?

Found a solution, sadly in my local area no one is doing audis
