Help advice opinion needed.

I want to install 2 din head unit. Diagram above.


I have this:

And this:

And a standard in car connections (Audi A4 B6)

I have tried and connected it with 2 issues
1. rear speakers don't work
2. front panel buttons illumination not working

As per title help and advice please.
What to do, how to connect it to work properly?

I had the same problem, had to wire it to the fuse board and then bought an adapter from halfords, is yours a bose amplified?

It's not bose. What adapter is it? Can you give more details (link, name) please.
