Q5 Help and guidance needed to change Fog bulbs to LED (Audi Q5 2016)

Has anyone been able to change their front fog bulbs without snapping the plastic, I want to change to LED?

I tried to change them a few weeks ago, and I believe you need to pull the plastic grill in a certain direction and it comes off, this didn’t happen and it felt like I was going to snap the plastic and my fingers were going to break with pulling the grill sections.

Is there any way that’s easier to change them or any tips how to do it?

Hi i made a couple of small hooks out of an old coat hanger put one in each side of the grille and pulled straight forward, it helps if the weather is warm leave it in the sun for a while.
