HELP - Indicators, wipers, horn, main beam, MFSW stopped working

Urgent Help Required
A few days ago the rear wiper and washers failed on my Audi A3 8P Sportback. With the help of this forum this was diagnosed and rectified by replacing a relay located under the steering wheel area.

A few hours ago everything was working ok and now the indicators, wipers, washers, horn, main beam, MFSW controls have all stopped working.

Can anyone out there help, I have done a search and there are a few possibles however nothing specific to this that I have found.

Any help / suggestions are appreciated.

Please find below a full scan and ignore the glow plugs and speed sensor abs faults as they were already there and are on my list of things to do, but as you can imagine this new fault is a priority as its going to be dangerous without a horn, indicators or wipers working.

The exact same thing happened to me. It turned out to be the convenience control module located in the right wheel arch in the boot. It had got wet

The steering module 16 isn't talking, which would knock out of those systems, check if the connector has come loose from the back, you can drop the steering height adjuster & feel through the steering cowling for the connector/with a torch.

Thanks both, Ill check them both but I have a feeling now that you (NHN) have mentioned that Steering Module that I had to tape it around the column when I installed it as one of the clips had broken so hopefully its just that and it has come loose.

Stripped off the steering wheel and cowling. Checked the steering module and nothing seems loose

Could it be that this second hand steering control module has reached the end of it's life? If so would there be other faults as the power steering is still working!

Any advice on what to do now?

I have a multimeter and am obviously eager to learn as even though I can drive it , it's dangerous as you can imagine.
Looking through the Log it does seem to just be all the items controlled by the module that have stopped functioning.
It worked fine a few hours before and nothing was altered or interfered with in that space of time.
Could it be related to the the relay for the rear wiper and washers failing a week ago as I replaced the relay two or three days before this fault.
I really appreciate your help

The battery is flat now
1st time that has ever happened, jumped in the car in the hope that it had miraculously gone as quickly as it had appeared and the car stuggled to turn over and the dash was flashing on and off in time with it turning over.
I have charged the battery now but the faults are still there.
Is the battery drain related
Any help is appreciated.

All sorted now, it was the Steering Control Module and the flat battery was caused by the radio not turning off automatically when taking the key out of the ignition due to that faulty unit.
