Help needed for ARB bushes for mechanical simpleton

Help needed please folks.

I've read all the threads I can but being a mechanical muppet (can't put air in tyres without loosing the caps), I need someone to break this down into the simplest terms possible.

A3 1.8TS

Last service had advisory over "AR Bushes"
From all I've read, upgraded is the way to go and I'd like to go this route but I haven't found this exact info so....

EXACTLY what do I need to buy and from where?
