Help! Passenger's window won't close! VCDS Code.

Hi guys,

Something happened and I can't close the passenger's window.

Got this error code through VCDS:

00933 - Electric Window Motor; Passenger Side (V148)
012 - Electrical Fault in Circuit

Did the testing - When trying to Lower/Raise the window I only hear a tick in the door but no movement of the window. VCDS says "inactive" with both test.

Thought it might be a fuse but it wouldn't make any sound then, am I correct?
Which fuse is responsible for the window motor on passenger's side

It might get unpleasant when it starts raining!
There's a 3inch gap and (touch wood) I hope no one will try to find their way inside.

I will try to take the door card off tomorrow, unless someone's got a solution.

i think the motor is at fault m8 or could be regulator is faulty causen the motor to jam up

I'll try to look at it tomorrow, remove the door card and see what is the cause. Hopefully it won't be anything serious.

try holding the lock button and see if that shuts it ?

if it does, then its a switch fault.

I've tried both switches and neither of them shut the window. As for the lock button, holding it does not close either sides.

Don't think those are relevant to my problem mate.
Appreciate the effort though.

Update:

Took the door card off, removed the window motor, shut the window. The motor would not spin even if taken out so I believe that's where the fault lies.

Has anyone got a spare one?

How much am I gonna have to fork out?
