Help! Sd card in cd slot. 2016 A4

New to this forum. I stupidly shoved the sat nav sd card in the cd slot. Is there anyone else who has opened up the cd unit on a 2016 a4 that can share how to do this.

Have you tried tweezers. Or if possible with put causing any damage a very small magnet ?
