Help to identify a small cap

Can anyone help with identifying where this cap comes from,i found it laying in engine bay shortly after having timing chain replaced

That was my first thought,but cant see where it belongs

It covers one of the drain/fill valves on the high and low pressure lines. Follow the AC lines round the engine bay and you should find it.
