Help with led tail light upgrade on a3 8v

hi.
Really desperate for help on how to hard wire led tail lights on to my 2014 a3 sportback (with halogen taillights) I cant figure out what to do with the brake/sidelight wire as it’s seperate pins on the led lights.

Also if anyone can help out with the coding that would be great !
