Help with Telephone

Hello everyone,

Appreciate any help on the below:
Recently got a Audi A4 through work and I’m having issues with connecting my phone via Bluetooth.
I can connect the BT audio but the Telephone option isn’t available and just seems to load for a while with nothing happening. I’ve tried a factory reset, deleted and re adding my phone etc. but no joy.
Any advice?

Here’s the process for setting up a phone - have you gone through all these steps and the problem has arisen?

Thanks for the replies. Yeah I’m pretty “tech savvy”. Had a few Audis previously and this is the first time it’s been an issue.
Haven’t tried customer service yet but wasn’t sure if anyone else had encountered a similar.
