I’ve got a tt mk1 roadster y reg my ccm module has packed up as my roof and central locking and alarm don’t work if I disconnect my old ccm module and put a another one in will my car still start or will need to recode my key Is the used ccm not coded

The immo to start the car isn't related to the central electrics module, it should start fine.

However any convenience systems like locking windows etc maybe affected, so yes its advised to check coding & match locking via the keys.

That’s cool mate I’ve noticed that my windows don’t go up all the way on each side there a inch gap what could that be
