Holding back at hard acceleration??

Hi guys,

I've got a problem with my car its a 2010 a3 1.4 tai with a TBE,CAI and stage 1 map I'm pretty sure it was mapped on tesco momentum and i have just filled it up with a full tank of v power the other day.

when under hard acceleration it seems to hesitate at 3k rpm and the exhaust note get a a lot louder and deeper?

Impossible to say without data logs I'm afraid. Could be over boosting, pulling timing etc.

Who mapped it?

I had it mapped at SW in car tuning its a custom map and i really cannot fault the guy he is a man full of knowledge.

i have contacted him he said bring the car down saturday and he will run diagnostics on it and make sure everything is ok

could it be a possible boost leak? if so what am i looking at for repair

Could be anything, even a bad tank of gas! Best not drive it too hard until its been looked at.
