How do you add groups to signature block

As above how do you add groups like 2.0TFsi, ibis etc to your signature block/profile at the top?

Hi mate, if you hover on your name at the top of the page, you will get a drop down box. Down the right side you will see a heading 'Join user groups', click on it, then you will see a full list of groups to join.
