How long do pads last??

Ive got a pair of used pads for a machine polisher I havent used for a while... Ones for cutting and on for polishing... just wondering how long they last? I havent used them for roughly a year would they be good to use? Whats the best way to prep them?

Depends how well they're cleaned and stored I guess.

I'd give them a soak in some water, let them dry out naturally and squirt them with some QD first.
