While looking for different hoses i wanted replace on my engine, i decided i wanted to do the 2 hoses from charge pipe to dump valve.

The small one is easy, just order a metre of silicone, but the large one i could only find from forge and they want £33+ postage for it, so i decided to make my own.

I got a 90degree 25mm internal diameter piece of silicone, with each leg being 150mm, i then cut 100mm off one of the legs, and fitted a joiner to the 150mm side, then added the extra 100mm i had cut off.
leaving me a 90degree bend with a 50mm length leg, and a 250mm leg length
.
to get the correct angle towards the dump valve I had to cut the end of the 50mm leg at an angle, then trimmed the 250mm leg to get the right shape and length.

(HOPE YOU CAN MAKE SENSE OF THAT, THE PICS SHOULD HELP :p)

This cost me £9 all in, for the hose and alloy joiner.

Also, if you look at the pics, mines a smoother less restrictive curve.. good work if i do say so myself haha
