How to deactivate transport mode symphony a3 8l?

i just recived my s3 8l and when i try to turn the radio the message TRANSPORT is on the display
how can change this? its a audi symphony I double din
Please help!!!

Google says that to de-activate the transport mode you need to use vcds or visit an Audi dealer and get them to do it.

I am not a vcds guru so i wouldn't 'play' about with it unless I knew what I was doing.Hopefully someone who knows better will be able to offer some advice.
