How to post messages in the A5 Forum

I know I'm probably being stupid here but how do i post messages on the A5 forum? I cant seem to find 'new thread' anywhere? Is it because i am new?

Go into the a5 section, at the top left hand side there is a post new thread option, click this and then type in a title, then content in the large box and then post thread. x
