How to read what Year SATNAV SD Card I need from this information?

Hi,
I purchased a 2015 Audi A4, there was no SD card for the navigation, I am unable to find out the year of maps currently programmed into the head unit. From researching on this page you can tell what year of SD card is needed from the attached pictures? Would anyone be able to help me out before I go attempting all different types of years on chance. I greatly appreciate any help.

The navigation system in your Audi needs to be updated every 4-5 years. So, instead of getting to know about the old one, you can directly update it.
