Hi all

Just a quick query. I suspect that my dumpvalve is perhaps ******. Is there a way of testing it? Im sure i read somewhere about pushing a pen up into it?!?

I apologosie if this has recently been covered but i cannot find any clear instructions.

Cheers

Donnie

Remove it, push the piston up and then place your finger over the small vacuum hole. If the piston drops right back it's leaking and needs replacing.

Blow into the side connection (air pushing on the side of the piston). Does it let air pass?

well when i blow into the side connection it goes out the small top pipe (this is maybe normal?) anyway, when i cover that with my finger, im pretty sure that its still passing, slowly all be it. does this mean its knackered??
