Hi my friend has a 2016 q5 with damage to rear parking sensor, is there anyway he is able to wash his car without causing anymore damage to the sensors with the water getting into them?
thanks

Just wash it normally, if the parking sensor is damaged then the only option is to replace they cannot be repaired. Water will get in further, be it from washing the car, rain or driving when it's been raining.

As above, pointless trying to avoid the sensor, replace, fix whatever, then all good.

Your friend can still wash their car with damaged rear parking sensors, but they should take extra care when doing so. They should avoid using high-pressure water directly on the sensors, as this could cause further damage. Instead, they can use a gentle stream of water from a hose or bucket to clean around the sensors.

It is better to contact professionals and warn them about the defect, and they will decide for themselves how best to wash the car. Pressure washing is very popular today. Since in addition to washing the car, you can wash a lot of other things. Recently I turned to https://sparklewash.com/residential-pressure-washing /, since these guys are offering residential pressure washing. This type of sink is great for removing long-term dirt.
