Found this in the bottom of my son's A5 driver's door. Looks like a cable used to run through it. He can't open the door from outside but we think that's the locking actuator. Any ideas?

Must have interior door handle cable replaced at some point, and some clown just left the old one in the door panel. Had to replace door lock actuator.
It probably fell and stuck to the speaker magnet and the lazy ****** didn’t fish it out.
