Mate your "Rotor" wheel has a fine and very unique diamond cut finish around the rim, beneath a satin lacquer. I've managed to dink two of my wheels, one quite badly, and the only way to remedy this is a pro refurb (if you want the right results). Also the spokes are finished with a matte lacquer - many wheel specialists won't touch it. Where are you based? I've found a guy in Kent, who does very well-respected work for reasonable rates and when he saw my rotor just replied "That's not a problem, it will match the others perfectly".
