Are the injectors on my 1.9 tdi quattro with the avf lump serviceable ? my 3.0 tdi ones weren't

There are companies you can send them off to, search YouTube there are videos on there (usually Russians) but they know what they're doing.

Thanks Calum, phoned around a few suppliers today and cheapest I can find is £260 plus vat each and that's exchange so they must be serviceable. my old bus is smoking a bit but having said that I only do mostly short journeys, I give it a blast up the motorway now and again, I may change them I may not.

Check your torsion value, it should be between -3° and +3° this has a big effect on mpg and power.

Got good mpg and plenty of power, it's been mapped and goes like 5hit off a shovel.

I use this, it raises the cetane level. Essentially making normal diesel into super diesel. 2ml per litre of diesel do lasts a fair while.
