Installing iOS 8.2

Tried twice installing it on my 5S and it failed both times, firstly through iTunes on the laptop then direct installation on the phone itself, it says there's some sort of problem downloading.

Anyone else had issues on a 5/5S?

I had this with my I-pad. I kept trying it until it worked. I did it on the computer as I backed it up first
