Is this the leaky boost pipe problem or not?? Not 100% :/

I have an 04 2.0 tdi
My car started to stutter between 2-3000 revs when I put my foot down (this being when it would normally provide boost) I jacked my car up and followed the rubber hose from my turbo which then connects to an aluminium pipe which then goes to the exhaust, it is at this point of connection to the exhaust that around the seal there is an excess amount of oil as well as an air leak when the car is being revved.....

Is this the pronoun 'leaky boost pipe'?? I'm not sure. And does anybody have any information on this seal and pipe as of what I need to buy to replace

normally as far as i know anyway the car should smoke too when the pipe is leaking not in every case tho but it does sound like the leaking pipe to me mate , not sure what you have to buy to fix tho soz
