Many Councils are inept? Nothing like as inept as the poor excuse for a Government led by Theresa May spending £2bn a week on a Brexit that cannot happen. Better spend the money on Potholes, NHS and Education. !

They're going to be spent on potholes anyway come 2020. That's what the new road tax is all about this April.

As for spending money on the NHS.. You do realise that second to welfare, NHS is the biggest part of GDP spend at around £120bn? At what point do you think there should be a ceiling?
