I've got some dame to the gear box tunnel cross member or whatever its called.

I've located a 2nd hand part what's all most new. But does anyone know how long it might take to fit the part? & are new bolts etc. needed.
My car is booked in but I would like to know how much time it might take so I know how much roughly labour costs will be.

Thanks.

Depends if those bolts come of easily & if the surrounding area also doesn't require to much removing either.

I was only going to replace the damaged crossmember, using as much as I could from my old part.

I might need some new bolts, but are the bushes fitted on the bigger sub frame thingy or on the part I'm getting replaced?
Has I'm just getting the damaged replacement part 2nd hand with nothing attached to it.

Thanks

No bushes on the gearbox support, only 6 bolts holding it on, all you need to do is separate the downpipe and centre section and drop the exhaust a little then you can change it over, use original bolts, they will be fine.
