Key help???

Hi guy's ive just purchased my a3 and the key fob is not too clever really sometimes it will work other times it wont. Ive put new batteries in any idea's? If i need a new key fob where is the best place to pick one up and how do i go about getting it programed. A second suggestion is i have my old key from my previous golf could i get this reprogrammed to mine as it's in better condition? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Well if you need it re-programming then go to Audi... see here...

Other then that - might just be that your key is on the blink and needs replacing.
