Kingfisher Blue 8L S3? - Birmingham

Pretty sure it's Kingfisher Blue in colour, looks pretty genuine to me. 18" RSTT alloys, driving past the Arcadian, towards the chinese quarter of Birmingham yesterday, just after 1pm. Anyone here?
