Now , my S3 cane with a split R installed ( I know I know !!!)
The bins ready as my new 710n has turned up .
What way round does it go ?
I've googled it and got massive conflicting answers !!
Some nonsense about push orientation and pull orientation !!
So bottom port to TIP or side port to TIP ?
Confused .com

There are no conflicting answers.... there is just the correct way or the stupid way

Bottom port in tip (opposite side to vacuum) is the correct way... split-ar*e fits the wrong way round as its both stupid and rubbish...

There seems to be a contingent of (not limited to) TT owners that seem to think the OE DV works better when oriented the other way and I really couldn't see how or why, any in sight?

Sorry thought I'd keep all silly DV orientated questions in one thread...

I posted up a link where someone, reckoned Audi wanted them fitting the wrong way round, but owners complained about a noise, so fitted them the other way. After the answers in my FMIC science questions thread, there is no reason to fit them wrong.
