Gliptone leather cleaner is excellent, I'd also recommend Gtechniq L1 for protection.

@moorzy - For me, you can't be Dr. Leather leather wipes for cleaning leather.
Restore's the nice matt finish and smells great too. One application lasts me about about a month and found I didn't need a protector
