Loose engine part?

Hi,

While looking over my running A3 2.0t quattro engine (EA113) I noticed a part (highlighted in picture) that seems to be loose and wobble a bit, Can anyone tell me if this is normal and what it is?

It's the belt tensioner ,it will move when the engine is running. Shouldn't wobble with the engine off

If it's anything like the one on the mk4 tdi golf, you'll certainly know about it when it's wobbling too much! you can hear it.
As above, they move a little when running.. they flap about when they're faulty
