how are lower door mouldings held on as mine need to be removed sometime soon to have some rust bubbles sorted that are appearing from under top edge of moulding

Single screw near the pillar and the moulding slides out towards the back of the car.
Is the rust on the mouldings or the door?
The early mouldings was rubbers with a metal inner. That inner would rust and cause them to fall apart.
If you are interested in a set of new standard mouldings, I'm running a group buy for us to get all 4 mouldings, screws and brackets.
