Lower rear arm bushes

so my car has just passed it's MOT @ Audi, but they have said both front lower rear arm bushes need replacing...

the quoted cost of this is eye watering, has anyone replaced these and/or upgraded them to powerflex?

Might just be cheaper to change the whole arm! Tried Autodoc?

bushes are a few quid... but its a few hours to change
