Had a service on my 8P S3 last week and. had an advisory that these were corroded and along with the bushes required replacing.

Can anyone please advise how difficult this job is to do it yourself?

Thanks in advance

Alan

iirc you need to take the anti roll bar, which is a bit complicated.
you can do it yourself, its just tricky.

I found working on the rear suspension on 8P to be very easy if you have the correct equipment and things are in reasonable condition. The biggest issue you will have is rusted/seized nuts and bolts, which is the biggest problem with working on any suspension component of an older car. If it were me, I'd get a garage to do this as pushing old bushes out and replacing arms can turn from a 2 hour job into a full day very easily.
