Lowering A6 C7 BiTdi

hi, was wondering if anyone with the bitdi has bothered lowering them any? Getting a new set of wheels tmw and depending how they sit was thinking abkut just dopping it slightly to fill the arch out. Not full blown boy racer though. Anyone done this or knwo of anyone in glasgow who does it and rough cost?

I've got a set of H&Rs sat in my garage to put on mine. Done my own springs on a few cars, most recently my S4, so hopefully it isn't any harder.

Planning on doing them over the holidays when ive got a decent bit of time off.


I tired looking for photos, but found very little online.

Is it you're car equipped with air suspension? If it is I have managed to lower it 17mm from stock safe without ACC errors. It works until 20mm
If it's normal suspension you could try the Eibach ProKit springs

Cheers for replies, Got tne new wheels on and as there slightly wider than stock it actuelly fills the arches nicely.. Al need to get some picies up

It's quite simple if you worked before with it. But only with air suspension
