LSD oil change

Hi guys, I have a 2014 bitdi Avant which I’m about to have serviced. My car has the limited slip sports diff fitted. The service book refers to RS models for lsd stating an oil change every 38k. Does anyone have advice on which oil, brand and viscosity I should or shouldn’t use? Also is there a filter involved here or just a straightforward oil change required?

I’m in the same boat, when I talked to audi about the sport diff service I was told “sealed for life”, the Indy’s I spoke too said they didn’t have the tools for it also and were generally uninterested in looking into it.
