Hi, yes i do have personal experience. Don't want to go in to detail on here but more people should be aware of their (far from ideal) business practice.

I asked as I have had to deal with them recently as well. Utterly disgraceful!

I wish I had Googled them beforehand, not sure i've seen a company with such bad reviews. My broker (Bridle insurance) admitted after they knew full well about their bad reputations so even more angry. Let me guess, they're making up reason why they won't pay out, did you forgot to inform them you had earache when you were seven etc etc?
