MFSW on A4 b8 08

Hey, i have read a lot of post and threads on how to swap my standard steering wheel and mount a mf steering wheel. Haven't checked if my steering wheel is compatible, but i do have cruise control mounted? some say that made things a little bit easier. And then again, how do i check i my car has DSG? From what i found, i don't, but does anyone have a clue?

Its an 2.0 tdi a4 b8 registered in April 2008.
If anyone knows which parts i need, i would be thrilled to get a list of some sort!

Dsg/stronic would be obvious as it would have paddles fitted already.

ok, i do not have the paddles, so then i need to change more or less everything?
I heard some had to change the "Output connector" the steering wheel is connected to? so i need to do that as well right?

Doubtful on a B8 tbh, best way to check is to see if it can be coded or not, if not then yes they need changing, but I haven't needed too this far.

ok thanks! So all i need to buy is a steering wheel for a b8 with mf, and connect the wires? or do i need some sort of adapter? Sorry for so many questions, first time im changing to mfsw!
