Miltek exhausts

I am looking to change my Rs3 fl sports exhaust to miltek in 76 mm or 80 mm version and wondering what people are using. I am de cat down pipe and stage 3 and will I gain any power response or quicker spool by going either of the two exhausts.

You might gain power from the 80mm, but not spool - that is more to do with the downpipe flow

Definitely go resonated version though, I tried non-res on my sportback and boom was headache inducing
