MMI 2G High update

Hi,

I’ve recently bought the update discs to bring my system up from 5170 to 5570.

I’ve read a few posts that it’s best to connect a trickle battery charger. My question is, where is best to connect it - boot directly to the battery or engine bay?

I would have connected it in the engine bay but would like to double check as I don’t want to break anything expensive.........!!

Always connect to the terminals in the engine bay

Good man... be doing it in the morning.

Just waiting for my door lock now to see if that cures the non locking problem.....
