MMi issues

So i have taken the plunge and gone from a B7 to a B8 RS4 and i love it, but i have a niggle already , my radio will not work , it just shows Radio 2 i cant tune anything, if i do the volume it says unavailable and i cant scan for other station, i can change waveband to khz but still nothing happens, rest of the system works great, i cant however get the green menu as i was going to update the FW to see if that will do it , but i need to select something in the green menu because i have the B&O system in it

its says its a HN+EU_AU3G_PO612 , i have donr the car + menu button but no green menu, i can get the engineers up ok, but i dont want to update anything till i know i wont brick my system

Hate these niggles. Seems strange however I don't think it's uncommon.
