sorry to bother you- my lad decided not to sit in the back seat of my 2017 s3 and crawled across front seats. In the process he must have caught the rotary infotainment wheel- the one you write on. It’s popped off. All wires seem attached and it works but it hanging lose and detached. So from reading the threads the wheel just pops back on- I have pressed it- not too hard and it will not go back on. Before I push it harder just wanted to check that pushing it harder is the way to go- or does it line up in a certain way. Thanks so much for your help it is very much appreciated!
