Mobile phone volume too quiet through the car speakers

Hi,

I have my Android mobile phone connected to Android Auto via the USB port under the driver's arm rest in my 2017 facelift A3.

When I'm having a hand's free conversation, I can barely hear the person on the other line on the the car's speakers. I have to increase the speaker volume to around 90% before I can hear anything properly.

Does anyone else have this problem?

On my pre-facelift A3, I never had this problem before, so I wonder if Android Auto issue.

I find the volume to be quite low too using blue tooth and apple car play in my facelift.
